Pork is very big in Germany, and schnitzel is very common and pretty easy if you can find the little spice packets (usually Knorr's)!. It's a pork steak that's either breaded and fried (Viennese schnitzel) or covered in a onion cream sauce and baked (Onion schnitzel)!. There are probably a million recipes online for either kind!. Both kinds are often served with a side of potatoes, so that might work for the Irish side!Www@FoodAQ@Com
