What are some mexican entrees?!

Question: What are some mexican entrees!?
I don't need the recipe or anything, I just need ideas for the name of the entree!. I have a Spanish project where I have to make a menu with Spanish food and the names in Spanish!. So it has to be stuff they would actually have in Mexico, not just American food translated into the Spanish language!. Right now for entrees I have tacos de pollo, arroz frito con verduras, and unas papas con queso!. I need two more, any ideas!? also what do you think of the ones I have so far!? Are potatoes culturally appropriate or are they too American!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Calabaza con pollo (chicken and squash dish)
Atole (rice with pet milk sugar and cinnamon cooked together)
fideo (a very fine pasta cooked with cumin, tomato sauce and onion)
Mole (often referred to as chocolate chicken-not sweet though)
Potatoes are not too american!. They are commonly used in Mexican cookingWww@FoodAQ@Com
