Extra virgin olive oil comes from the first pressing of the olives and is the most expensive of the olive oils. It should be used at room temperature on salads and can be put on foods AFTER they have been cooked. I would not WASTE this oil by using it as a cosmetic. Use a cheaper oil for that.
