Is sushi healthy and how much of it should you eat in one meal?!

Question: Is sushi healthy and how much of it should you eat in one meal?
Answers:

Extremely healthy. Eat as much as you want and if you don't want the rice, order sashimi. Raw fish with no rice.
My husband and I are just 2 people but we pack away a 'boat'.
I would eat sushi every day if I could.

Is Sushi Healthy? It really depends on the type of sushi you eat. Avoid any sushi that is deep fried or tempura. Some of the rolls like California Roll and Prawn Tempura Roll are also really bad health wise. If you stick to traditional style sushi it can be a nutritional powerhouse. The best sushi and fish to look for are Salmon and Tuna. These are oily fish and contain omega 3 fatty acids and lots of nutrients. The best rolls to go for are Salmon Roll, Avocado Roll and Cucumber Roll. Try and eat sushi with nori or seaweed as this contains iodine and many other healthy minerals.

When compared to other foods, sushi is extremely healthy.
This is because fish is a much cleaner and leaner animal, so there is very little fat content.
The worst part of sushi is the rice, but that's not exactly that bad for you either.
As for how much you should eat depends on you and your eating habits.
