Question: Problem with activia yogurt ?

Okay so my mom bought activia yogurt and last time I had explosive diarrhea ! Was it just a coincidence or is it the yogurt ? Like I had like 2 episodes of explosive diarrhea that day like holy shot ! .... Litteratly

Try drinking Kefir instead.

Not likely that it was the Activia. You probably ate something that disagreed with you OR may have had a bug.
