Depends on region, background, degree of "properness", etc but generally speaking:

The TRADITIONAL comida (late lunch) starts off with a soup course (sopa aguada), which may be a clear broth or a rich cream soup. Next is the sopa seca, which is either a rice or a pasta dish. Although rice would normally be served with the main course in many other countries, Mexican tradition dictates that it be served separately. MAIN COURSE: Meat or chicken guisado (stew), mole, meatballs in sauce, pork loin adobo, chiles rellenos, or any of countless other regional specialties. The main course is followed by beans for those who still have room for them.

Dessert usually is a lighter affair than the cakes and pastries that are served as between-meal treats - flan, Jello-type puddings, or just fresh fruit in simple syrup. Pitchers of fresh fruit drinks (aguas frescas) traditionally accompany the comida, often in "exotic" flavors like "Jamaica" or "Tamarindo".

Or you could just have a taco. ;)
