pizza.. like night and day, how come?!
i moved to connecticut and the pizza is different from what i am accustomed too. the crust is very airy..the sauce sweeter and everyone cuts the pizza into squares rather than pie slices..i tried everyone [pizza restaurants in my area[..basically all the same.. i am used to a more bread like crust with less sauce..you take the pie shaped slice and flip the end over and eat...not in connecticut..also..in europe and south america..u eat pizza with knife and fork. i was in venezuela and decided to use my hands..i thought my companions would die from embareassment..they looked shocked...any who..lol..why are the crusts so different?[who dictates region type...not crazy over connecticut pizza.

it's New York Style.. they cut the pizza into squares as they cook it square...If you live near New York part of Connecticut. My sister lives there and she not crazy about it either but she makes due.. when she's home she stocks up..
Why not make a trip to NYC and get pizza there? It could be a weekend thing.
