What is a substitute for gramigna pasta?!

Question: What is a substitute for gramigna pasta?
I have a recipe for a pasta dish with italian sausage that sounds delicious. However, it calls for a particular type of pasta, called gramigna, that I can't find ANYWHERE -- even at a pasta specialty store in my area. I've never even heard of this pasta before. Anyone know what I could use for a substitute?

You can easily look at pasta gramigna using Google Image

Gramigna is made with durum wheat and water, like any other kind of typical Italian pasta.
You can use another short pasta (suggested) or even just crack spaghetti in small pieces (by an Italian point of view this usually is an heresy, but I suppose this time it could be justifiable :-).
