lobster soup with cognac and caribbean ribs, tortelli di zucca con burro e salvia, filetto all'aceto balsamico, ribollita, alligator, bufalo steaks... There are a lot of things I like - I especially like trying local specialties when I travel.

Ethnic cuisine?
My fave is sweet and sour chicken balls with fried rice!
Also, spring rolls and thai sweet chili sauce.
Then beef in black bean with rice, and chicken and sweetcorn soup with prawn crackers!!

I like Indian to, - Onion bhaji, tarka dhal and pilau rice ;D

pan fried tomatoes (heirloom!) with loads of garlic and pepper and some salt with panfried fish (ruffy or salmon)

also panfried asparagus or zucchini with parmesian cheese ontop <3___<3

Good tasting kindbut avoid pork unless its ham. Grew up with beef and chicken soups/stews. Just can't get away from tomato, apple, cheese,potato too. Celery and lettuce get with onion/garlic.

T-bone steak with mashed potatoes and corn on the cob.
pumpkin pie for desert.
