Question: What is the name of this cured meat and cheese pressed sandwich that is served all over Italy?
When I was in Italy I remember eating this hot, pressed sandwich on numerous occasions. It had a cheese that was light in color, and some type of cured ham. For some reason, I remember people calling it 'rustachella' but I could be totally wrong.
