Add it as a stir-fried veggie to any Chinese food dish.

Make your own kimchi.

Pickle it, Japanese-style.

Add it to a salad.

Eat it straight or dip it in anything instead of using junk food as a dipper.

Here's a few International recipes to consider making (there are many versions of recipes online for these):

-Korean: Spicy savory Kimchi- Napa cabbage leaves fermented in garlicy red chili paste.

-Chinese: Stir fried with meat, tofu or other vegetables. My favorite is roughly chopped and stir fried with strips of beef in a garlicly & black bean sauce.

Pickled: Roughly chopped Napa cabbage covered with a pickling mixture of Mirin (Japanese rice wine & sugar). Placed in an airtight container in the refrigerator for a week.

-Eastern European: Cabbage rolls-Parboiled napa cabbage leaves with a meat filling all rolled up and simmered in a tomato based sauce.

You can do a lot of things with napa cabbage, making a filling for dumplings or make rolls with it.
