The mango pickles/relish served at restaurants would bear in mind the varied tastes of diners & therefore would be a milder version.No doubt you have got yourself a very spicy mango pickle,pungency would depend on the quantity & type of chilles used.Less fiery versions are on sale & the label often states the grade.
