what is a snowball (at a sushi place)?!
I'm new to sushi and read a review of a place that said they have great snowballs, what is that? Also what's a pink roll?

Pink rolls usually contain pink or reddish rice paper instead of seaweed. There seems to be a trend right now to use rice paper to wrap, often times it's yellow.

It might be a specialty dish for that particular place and not something universal like a California roll.
