Question: What's in a California Roll (sushi)?
i know different places might make it slightly different..
but what's usually in these? thanks...

Fake crab, avocado, cucumber, and either grated carrot or tobiko (tiny orange fish eggs). The rice is on the outside of the nori, and is usually rolled in sesame seeds.
