Question: In Turkey whats the starter with dips,it's like a balloon bread that you break and share?

I have it in nearly all places when eating out, usually with a green dip and a redybrown dip etc. You cave in the top of this thin, expanded bread and eat it like a popadom almost. Please help, they were LOVELY!!!! :0)
