ate some hot wings and washed my hands with lots of soap and water but when I rubbed my eye it burned and I can still smell it

U.se your hair if it is long enough rub your eye(s) with it and rub your fingers through it. It will remove the oil from your skin to your hair. This really Does work!

vodka. the alcohol neutralizes the capsacien(sp?). Or possibly one of those metal garlic hand washers.

More soap and water, time. It's never good to rub your eyes with your fingers.
