What can i do to make the spicy more mild?!

Question: What can i do to make the spicy more mild?
My brother made chicken chili today. He made is spicy and i am not the one that really eat spice food. I realized bread/toast can take the edge of it, but he made so much that it can last for days. And i want to eat it. i love chili, i just want the spicy taste out. What else can i do to help it make it seem/taste more mild?

Answers:

Eat it as a sauce over steamed rice, pasta, cornbread -- or make a hot dog sandwich and put the chili over that.

Dairy is the easiest fix: sour cream, cheese, like mentioned above.
If you don't mind it lasting even longer, add more meat, beans, tomato, water, whatever else is in there besides the spicy.

Add the most salt that can be stood to the chili without ruining it, also serve it with sour cream, and drink along side it with a glass of milk. Yes you are right that bread takes the edge off it

You could add more water to your chili by doing this you chili willl mellow out and so will your spices. Don't add tomato sauce it will make it too tomatoey.

Eat with a dallop of sour cream, and cheese.

Also a little corn will help becuase of the natural sugars.

ranch is good with everything !

Add some sugar.
Eat it over macaroni or rice.

You could mix some sour cream or cheese into it.
