What is the equivalent to whole wheat in Chinese cuisine?!

Question: What is the equivalent to whole wheat in Chinese cuisine?
Answers:

Whole wheat comes with bran, in Chinese cuisine it would be eating brown rice. By this I don't mean the color of rice as some people refer to fried white rice with soy as 'brown' rice, I mean the brown rice sold in grocery that comes with bran. Or to be more exact, it should be brown rice flour.

Chinese do eat and use whole wheat. So, whole wheat = whole wheat in this case.

Whole wheat steamed buns (mantou) is quite common in many locations. Whole wheat dumplings (jiaozi), whole wheat noodles, whole wheat pancakes (bing)....

It is called rice.
