Sushi virgian. But dying to try.?!

Question: Sushi virgian. But dying to try.?
so my family is taken me next month for my birthday. Any advice or recommendation for my first time. Thanks

Answers:

I recommend starting with something easy like Makizushi, which is a rolled sushi. The best ones for new sushi people are Salmon Roll, Avocado Roll or Cucumber Roll.

Get a sampler plate to share, if possible. That way you can try all kinds of sushi and decide what you like best.

If you like Chinese dumplings, try Gyoza.
Miso soup is nice, so is Udon.
Have tea with your meal.

Some of my personal favorites in sushi are

Spicy tuna with avocado
Spicy shrimp with avocado and roe
Eel sushi with sticky honey+soy sauce and sesame
Any kind of vegetarian sushi

Enjoy!! And happy birthday. :)

If your family are sushi fans, I would certainly listen to their advice. Remember that sushi isn't just raw fish. You should be able to pick and choose from just about any food group. You might want to try a bento box. This would give you a choice of a number of different Japanese dishes.

Long sushi experience

try udon soup and dumplings
and raw salmon on rice its so gewd
