puerto rican rice help?!


Question: Puerto rican rice help?
i need help finding a recipe for puerto rican rice:
i know that its made with green olives, kidney beans, potatos, adobe seasoning, season,tomato sauce, garlic, and salt. i dont know the name of it and its been a very long time since ive made it... i dont do if im missing anyother ingredients or not also i dont know how much of each to use. if anyone can help me that would be great:) thank you

I've never heard of PR rice... and I know many P. Ricans. Puerto Ricans often eat plain white rice. They also eat rice with pigeon peas. You find many recipes on line for that dish (also called "aroz con gandules"). Another dish may be rice with red beans but not with potatoes.
