Recipe: Crab Rangoon WITHOUT Cream Cheese?!
I have a really bad allergy to cream cheese, but I LOVE crab rangoon. I've had many varieties at Chinese restaurants that do not have cream cheese in them, but I cannot find a recipe to make them at home.
Does anybody know a recipe? It can include ricotta cheese, just no cream cheese! Thank you! :-)

You could sub tofu cream cheese for any of the recipes that call for regular cream cheese.
