Is eating too much fish and chips unhealthy for you?!

Question: Is eating too much fish and chips unhealthy for you?
Answers:

Yes.

The fish are breaded in batter and deep fried - and the fries are also deep fried.

Once they are cooked, they are then loaded up with salt.

Then, you add either ketchup or more salt or sauces to either the fries and/or the fish.

So yes, eating it is NOT healthy.

Well some types of fish skins contain mercury which is a poison to us humans. not all types of fish contain mercury but many do. you just need to make sure you are not eating lots of fish that contain it. other than that no its fine. just don't make it the only food in your diet. you need fruits and vegetables too. but even if that is all you ate its still more healthy then any kind of read meats like beef or pork on any level. if you put vinegar on them like lots of people do that is healthy. very good for digestion. and also good for your blood pressure.

Depends on how they're made. If cooked so it's not fatty, with some vegeatbles such as peas, it's one of the healthiest, best balanced meals you can have - protein from the fish, a bit of carb from the chips, a bit of roughage from the peas.

Yes because they are usually very salted, the fish have high levels of fat and so do the chips. Pretty much anything in excess will be unhealthy for you.

Yes. They are deep fried.

No.
