Weird things in soy sauce?!
I bought soy sauce today and when I went to use it there were weird spiky chunks in it...they looked white but soaked with the soy.... anyone else have this problem? Or know what it might be?

its salt crystals
sometimes soy sauce will form them, and its completely OK.
Corvato is correct, Soy sauce contains a very high concentration of dissolved sodium salts, and inevitably some of those salts with precipitate out...
i hav NEVER herd of them befor and they sound disgusting.. might want to research bout it?
