Has anyone been to the Japanese restaurant Sakura?...?!
I've been there a few times and the food is amazing! Well my question is, does anyone know what sauce the chef uses in the fried rice? He also uses it as a side sauce in that little dish. It has a creamy texture to it and it's a peachy cream color. Does any one know what it's called, or what's in the ingredients so that I could make it myself?

It would help if you would mention in what city - There are many restaurants named Sakura. For example there are eleven in the New York City area.
