is cream cheese good with ALL sushi rolls?!

Question: Is cream cheese good with ALL sushi rolls?
i'm new at trying sushi and discovered i reallyyy love sushi rolls.
my favorite so far is california rolls with cream cheese. :)
so simple question, are they all good with added cream cheese? for example, spicy tuna rolls- would they taste good with it? thanks!

Answers:

I've only had cream cheese in a philly roll. I guess it would be good in a spicy tuna roll, but most places use avocado which also helps dull the spiciness.

Otherwise, the heavy flavor of the cream cheese will obliterate the subtle tastes of the other ingredients in the roll. The only reason it works well in the philly roll is that it contains smoked salmon which is also strongly flavored.

No, It`s not. It is good in sushi rolls with salmon or tuna or as a healthy substitute to Japanese mayonnaise.

Yes, I tried them without the fish at a Chinese Buffet. I don't eat fish, so the sushi I tried only had a little cube of cream cheese, avocado, and a little carrot slivers in them.

noooooo, well what do you thing is fish roe or quail eggs sound yummy to getter it just will be just mush.... but stick to the rolls with cream cheese that have all ready have been invented!

I've only had cream cheese in the Philly Rolls which is salmon, cream cheese, cucumber, nori and rice. So I'm not really sure :-/

No it is not. Some things are better left alone. But I think that depends on what you like, everyone's taste buds are different.

No. It does not taste good with some, depends on your taste.
