I love carrot cake, i just LOVE that frosted icing on top yumm!! have you ever tried one of those giant vanilla frosted cakes from costco? i can guarentee you would LOVE that if u like vanilla cake, sooo soft and delicious :) x

banana loaf... or carrot cake... but, tbh, i dont think anything can beat a good old victoria sponge but with apricot jam and whipped cream in the middle layer :-D espesh if served with double cream...

i love ice cream cakes. and i also really love marble cakes.
but the best cake for me is chocolate. i got a major sweet tooth lol

Strawberry shortcake, as long as it is made with fresh (not frozen) strawberries and real whipped cream.

My mother makes this oatmeal cake with brown sugar and walnuts and has this glaze type stuff on top that turns a lil crunchy....soooooo good when it's warm fresh out of the oven!
