Make faux pizza:
Toast bread, heat up sauce.
Spread heated sauce on bread, cover with cheese.
Broil until cheese is melted.

stew ,brown some meat dice carrots onions, celery and potatoes add the sauce and bake everything in the oven or in the slow cooker.

you can also spread it on pizza dough add some toppings , or make chili by adding beans since you already have the meat.,or freeze it for the next time that you feel like having pasta.

Well..these ideas don't include meat sauce but extra virgin olive oil and minced garlic is great tossed with pasta along with steamed broccoli. You can also make a simple thai peanut sauce and toss it with the pasta and add scallions.

Add some chili powder -about a teaspoon at first then more to taste, plus a tablespoon of sugar and one of vinegar and make it into Chili by adding a can of kidney beans or other types of canned beans.

Baked Ziti (or any pasta) can use up that little bit of sauce. Cutlets parmesan (pork, chicken, chicken nugget, whatever works). Top an omelet with the meat sauce.

use it on hot sandwiches? like with chicken and mozz cheese maybe. or just parm cheese if you have it and put the whole thing in the broiler to melt it up

Put a heaping tablespoon in your omelet fold.

I like shredded carrots and zuccini . Add some diced tomatoes.

Pasta Fogloi soup. Add shered carrots, beef broth, sea shell pasta (small ones) can kidney beans.. Yummy
