Im catering my own wedding this year and want to make great irish dishes

Lamb stew, or lamb any which way you like. Contact the Irish Tourism Bureau and ask them for restaurant ideas and menus and if there are any cookbooks that they can recommend. You should work a Guinness and Kilkenny tasting into the meal and some Irish Whisky into the dessert. YUM.
