An example of a kosher menu
Since people who keep kosher do not mix milk and meat products the answer will depend on the type of meal you would like to serve.

A festive meal can be the following

1. chicken soup
2. meat stew
3. rice
4. steamed vegetables
5. non dairy ice cream

Kosher simply refers to food that is prepared following the rules of kashrut. A menu depends on region and cultural background of the people cooking.

Starter:
Hummus
Babaganoush
Bread
Grilled Eggplant
Malawach with schug salsa
======================
Main:
Salad
3 kinds of Falafel in pita with tahina and vegetables
Artichoke hearts stuffed with ground lamb
Moroccan stewed vegetables
Spicy beef meatballs
BBQ'd chicken
Couscous
=====================
Dessert:
Black forest cake
Chocolate cake layered with blue berries and covered chocolate ganache
Shortbread made with ground pecans
Komish (Jewish biscotti)
Fruit
Turkish coffee

i am including a link for the rules of kashrut.

there are many kosher foods available (even kosher sushi!) but i will give you a very traditional holiday-type menu:

starter: challah, gefilte fish, chrain (horseradish sauce with beet juice)

main: brisket, potato kugel, tzimmes

dessert: apple strudel or mandel bread (generally served with tea)

enjoy!

If the meat was not raised and slaughtered in a kosher manner, your meat will not be kosher.
Some people won't even eat food cooked in a non kosher kitchen.
Here is a dairy meal :Grilled salmon with ginger sauce.
Baked sweet potatoes-with butter and a bit of brown sugar and cinnamon .
Green beans with sliced almonds
A mixed green salad.
Dessert: fresh ripe fruit with a cheese cheese plate.[ offer about 3-4 cheeses.]

Almost any recipe can be kosher or not kosher. It depends on the ingredients. In today's day and age there is even kosher imitation crab and bacon.

There are too many to list here,so I will just refer you to my favorite Jewish recipe site.
