oven cooked italian steaks?!
im cooking italian steaks but i wont to cook them in the oven do i need to grease pan ? and do i keep them from sticking?

If you plan to bake them slow, just season and add some water to the pan and cover the steaks loosely. Ever since I started broiling though, I can't go back:) Have a great meal!!
