The crew eats them. The lighting guys, the camera guys, anyone who is working on the set or any visitors perhaps.
wellllllllllll....I suspect that some shows donate their leftovers to certain food banks or other programs for the homelss.....and I suspect that staff get to indulge in some of the goodies as well.'

leftovers? well the audience gets some if lucky. If the crew and whatever people who're on stage don't want to eat it, then it gets thrown away, but there most likely WILL be someone who wants the food
The chefs throw it away. I know sounds crazy! why throw so much food away..? but that's what they do.. /:
