Why do some people refuse to eat green food?!

Most green food are very bland and don't really appeal taste wise.....spinach though is Popeye's favorite food is not a big hit among kids......there are a whole lot of Indian recipes that I learnt to make from this book....they are yum and my kids freak out every time I make the dishes. <a href=http://answers.yahoo.com/question/"http://e3581cj7o9lj48hzomq-qy2p4t.… target="_top">Click Here!</a> check it out...all the best...by the way....the additional freebies with this book were great too.

This really is a great question. Nobody has a good answer. My brother-in-law would pout like a two year if he was ever served anything green. A strictly meat and potatoes guy. I guess he and the many others were weaned on Mc Ds and have gotten so used to burgers and dogs. And there are so very many truly delicious dishes made with green.
because of the smell and some greens have bitter or greeny flavour.
