What you're talking about may be Lotus Tea or Jasmin Tea.

Or is it orange, milky and sweet like Thai Ice Tea? CHeck out

Not sure which one you're referring to but hope this helps to figure it out. :)

It could be green tea which is totally differerent than Lipton (UGH!). There is a way to make tea that the pros say is the only way to do it. I do use this method and it makes a difference. Of course, I don't use Lipton.

Ask your restaurant what kind of tea they serve and it will be available online if you have nowhere to purchase in your community.

To brew tea: Fill your teapot with hot water and cover with a "cozy" or towel to warm the pot.

Fill the water kettle with cold water and bring to a boil. Remove from heat.

Empty teapot of the hot water. Place tea in pot and fill with the boiled water. By this time it should not be boiling. Cover the pot with towel or cozy.

Depending on the tea brew for 3-4 minutes.

Serve tea with or without honey, sugar, lemon, or milk.

There are many differnt kinds of tea - have fun with them. Leave the Tetley and Lipton for those who know no better.
