i would like to make an exotic desert any ideas?!

caster sugar
eggs
milk
plain flour
yeast
decorative chocolate
some icing sugar
butter/margarine
golden syrup
baking powder
and more...
i do not want to make a cake or fairy cakes though any ideas ?
