Well, like in the US people wake up at different times, and consequently have breakfast at different times.
Anyway, the average Dutchman wakes up at 7:00 am, so averagely people will have breakfast at around 7:00-7:30

The Dutch probably have breakfast between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM.
