Oddly enough I can't pick 5 that are my top favorites. My tastes seem to change with my mood. I am fond of so many different types from Philippine & all of the authentic orientals to Mexican, down home cooking, German, the list goes on and on. I won't be happy until I try them all. Cajun gater is pretty good too!
In that order : french (my own ) Italian, german, spanish as in Spain, hugarian.
