It melts well enough at body temp. Don't forget to store it somewhere cool when not in use. I keep mine i the fridge, and be careful if you take out in warm weather.

You don't need to melt it. The heat of your skin will melt it as you apply it.
Just buy some palmers cocoa butter its easier and works jus as well
