How long could a the average-sized male human survive if he were only allowed to eat his own body?!

Question: How long could a the average-sized male human survive if he were only allowed to eat his own body?
He has no access to any liquids beside his own bodily fluids and can still bleed to death. However, he does have access to primitive bandaging materials and antiseptic supplies. Weather conditions are neutral, no extra energy is used in movement beside eating. How long will he last?

Well, once someone starts to eat their own body, they would bleed to death. This person would likely die of thirst, first. People usually don't live longer than 3 - 7 days without water. Body fluids do NOT rehydrate people, so drinking those wouldn't do any good.

So, I say 3 - 7 days.

Not very long. Is this some random situation you came up with because this is awfully strange.
