Fruits taste pretty good, as well as grilled chicken in a salad or sandwich (use whole grain bread). Tuna is also pretty good for you and tasty as well. Try broiling or steaming food instead of deep frying. Olive oil is awesome, tastes great and has so many uses as well.
lettuce,cheese,salad,sandwich no meat, veggie burger,vegetable soup,panera bread bowl, broccoli,cooked or steamed carrots u eat dis then u loose some weight at least do this for 2 weeks if it doesnt work eat salad and popcorn for 4 weeks ONLY salad and popcorn
