Question: Irish Food.....................?

I'm doing thinking day which is when you pick a country and list facts and serve food to the "travelers" and tell facts. I need any Irish food/recipes. but I would really like if it was something I could go to the store and buy like soy sauce or mexican wedding cookies.

The few products I can think of are not appropriate for school - Irish Whiskey, Bailey's Irish Cream, Guinness.

So, how about making a big container of Colcannon. Creamy mashed potatoes mixed with cabbage and bacon.

here is a GREAT Irish recipe that has been a favorite among ALL Irishmen, Irish Women lads and lasses alike.

You take a glass, about 1 pint, and fill it wit whiskey or ale. Whichever you prefer and drink it.

Do this repeatedly as many times as you can until you cannot stand up anymore.

Aye, you may find a pot of gold!!
