What would be good Estonian or japanese recipes?!

Question: What would be good Estonian or japanese recipes?
I'm half Estonian and half Japanese so I wanted to cook something that related to my countries. My boyfriend said it would be cool if I did because it is the first day in out new house. Can someone please help!?!?

My favourite Japanese recipe at the moment is Tonkatsu (deep fried pork cutlet). Tonkatsu is one of the most popular meat dishes in Japan. It is a popular “set” meal at Japanese restaurants and usually consists of a deep fried breaded pork cutlet on a bed of cabbage, a bowl of steamed rice, a bowl of soup and a side dish of pickles.

Tonkatsu is easy to make at home and delicious.
