my favourite!!!!!!!!
here is an easy recipe and super fast
tortilla chips(1 bag plain tostitos)
2 jars of salsa verde ( la costena salsa verde)
1 white onion
1 or 2 hot peppers
sour cream
1 cup cooked shredded chicken
cheese( mozzarela shredded or oaxaca cheese if you find it)
you can buy PLAIN tostitos a big bag :)
buy 2 jar of salsa verde(green sauce) I like to put this in a blender and add a couple hot peppers I prefer haberno but jalapeno is fine if you dont like too much heat, blend that up!
In a big pan or pot add some oil and heat , than add your salsa verde let simmer. Add in all your tortilla chips and let cook till they absorbed all the sauce
top with shredded chicken, cheese, and sliced onions add some sour cream if you like :)
that is my easiest recipe saves time from frying your own tortilla chips and making your own salsa verde!!
also this is the best breakfast food especially if you drank too much the night before:)
enjoy!!!
me:)
I have one. Easy and simple. Get some fresh corn tortillas. Cut them into nacho shaped triangles. Pan fry them until crispy. Then add an egg or two until cooked. Then add your favorite salsa. That's how they make them in México. ?Buen provecho!
man sounds good, but my own mother wont even give up here recipe for her chilaquiles.Good Luck.
