Real Japanese Kobe beef?!

Question: Real Japanese Kobe beef?
From what I am finding, the ban has been lifted for some time now and the US can now get the real deal from Japan. I found this site, http://www.1-800-kobebeef.com/ that says it is (and so do the prices!!).
So can we really get it (I do not mean Wagyu Kobe beef raised in US)? Anyone with details and info is much appreciated.
