Contact them and tell them what happend. Save the contaminated chocolate to send to them as proof.

Sned it to them and save the piece for proof. Or sue them! Just kidding..(unless you have lawyers XD).. Althought contaminated, It's just a piece of chocolate.

I would suggest you eat a different brand of chocolate, like Godiva or Hersheys. Unless you really, really love DOVE. But you dont want to risk it again, do you?

Well did you just buy it or did you find it sitting in your cupboard that's really old? If you decide to sue it would be a good idea to keep the chocolate as evidence but remember these big companies pay ALOT of money for lawyers.. although its worth a shot. They might offer you money to stop you from sueing if you complain or threaten too even if you don't have any lawyers.

But i would just throw it out hahaha. don't waste your time.

Lots of people eat maggots as a source of protein, so I don't think it will harm you in any way. And I think it will be hard to prove there was a maggot in your chocolate, especially when maggots are usually found in dead meat tissue.

Like Christin said. Just consider it extra protein and get on with your life. There are a lot worse things in this world to be worried about.
