There are two kinds of Cheetos - the puffy kind, and the crunchy kind. Both are made of puffed cornmeal batter.
The puffy kind are lighter, with more air whipped into them, and are very crispy, They're short little sticks with a slight curve, like parentheses. They pretty much come in cheese flavor only. I love the puffy Cheetos, sooo good!
The crunchy kind are denser, have less air, and their crunch is heavier. Their shape is like lumpy little sticks. Imagine the puffy ones with big cornmeal tumors, lol. They come in cheese flavor as well as hot chile flavor (Flamin' Hot Cheetos). I hate all crunchy Cheetos, so I can't tell you what other flavors they come in.

They are a little different than wotsits. Americans would call wotsits "cheese puffs". Cheetos taste the same but they are crunchier and denser. Have you ever had funnel cake? Cheetos are like that, kind of, but cheese flavored.
