What is a good African dessert me and my mom can make at home in one night?!
We have to make a dish for school for 33 people. I would like to do a dessert that isn't like pie or ice cream. It needs to be simple and very good. Thanks in advance! ;)

Here's the link to a site with African dessert recipes, such as cardamom fudge and African fruit slush. Something called "puff-puff" sounds good, too. They appear to be pretty simple recipes, and you can just make several batches to get the amount you need.
