Asian Fajitas....Help?!

Question: Asian Fajitas....Help?
I was joking with my girlfriend one night and said I was gonna make her Asian Fajitas. Now she really wants me to make them. I kind of want to keep the basic idea of a fajita but with an oriental twist. i'm Filipino so i'm familiar with Filipino style cooking. Any suggestions?

Since you're Filipino, why don't you just serve some lumpiang ubod with sauce on the side. Lumpiang sariwa would work too. If you don't like the idea, you could make some bopis or tokwa't baboy or sisig or whichever dish you feel comfortable with and wrap them in a flour tortilla. Most Filipino BBQ dishes will work too. Your options are wide open. :)

Moo Shu is sort of a Fajita. It's essentially stir-fried veggies and meat served in a thin rice flour pancake that's been smeared with hoisin sauce.

I'm sure you can fiddle with the ingredients to make a sort of Filipino-style Moo Shu Fajita.
