What is a good main dish that goes with tomatoes?!
I have this recipe for parmesan tomatoes. It's basically a tomato cut in half with chicken boullion granules, butter, and parmesan cheese on top. I was kinda thinking of making chicken Alfredo with it....any other suggestions??

I like doing that with a chicken breast baked with butter and olive oil, seasoned with dill, garlic, onion, black pepper, parsley, kosher or pink salt and a bit of thyme and caraway seed with simple salted buttered noodles.
