Question: How can I keep Hodeok fresh to give to my classmares?

I have a project at school and I need to made hodoek (Korean Sweet Pancake) and I want to keep it "fresh" for my class but I have to make it the night before. Will it still taste alright? And is there a certain method I should do? (is it better to refrigerate it or leave it out?)
