Do Americans eat Scoth Eggs?!

Question: Do Americans eat Scoth Eggs?
I know I may sound naive or ignorant, but I just never hear them mentioned in American books or films and some friends and I were wondering, as we eat them all the time.

Yes. There was even an article and recipe in the New York Times about Scotch eggs last week.

Scotch eggs are not available in typical American restaurants. You can find them at 'English Pub' style places in USA on limited basis
It should be noted that Scotch eggs were created during British rule in India. Scotch eggs are same as 'Nargisi Kofta', with the exception that Narigisi Kofta are served mild curry sauce. Nargisi Kofta is a popular dish in North India. You can find it in many Indian restaurants located in UK, or USA.

No, most of us don't but im sure a few people do. But we eat omelettes, scrambled, sunny side up, hard boiled, deviled, and fried eggs.

You can probably find them in a small specialty store or British-style pubs, but by and large you won't see them much here in the USA.

They're not typically on American menus, but I always order one when I go to a UK style pub and wash it down with an Old Speckled Hen.

Americans will eat ANYTHING!
